OUR STORY

After a few years of living gluten-free, and also through trial and error, baking gluten free is now second nature. From a luscious and moist carrot cake to gluten free cream puffs, it's all possible once you understand how baking gluten free works. Understanding how to substitute gluten-free flour for wheat flour, it helps to know a bit of basic food chemistry. It does sound like a lot of work and it is.  Not many have the time to test and try various blends of flours to obtain the ultimate blend for a specific recipe as I have. Recently I have perfected the gluten free English Muffin, I have missed my egg McMuffins so much I decided to try making my own. Local Carleton Place grocery stores offer some gluten free frozen baked goods but the flavor and texture isn't even close to what I have learned to bake. It's hard to find good quality gluten free baked goods in Carleton Place. Due to the high demand of my baked treats, I decided to attempt taking more orders.

I hope to hear from you soon
